1. Acceptance of Work
All vehicle modification, repair, and customization services will only begin after confirmation from the customer and approval of the estimated cost.
2. Advance Payment
Customers may be required to pay an advance amount before the work begins. The advance payment is non-refundable once parts have been ordered or work has started.
3. Modification Risks
Vehicle modifications may affect manufacturer warranties, vehicle performance, mileage, or road legality. The customer accepts full responsibility for any such impacts after the modification.
4. Legal Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any modifications comply with local transport laws and regulations. We are not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal issues arising from modified parts used on public roads.
5. Parts and Accessories
All parts and accessories installed may be genuine, aftermarket, or customized depending on availability and customer preference. Warranty for parts will be subject to the manufacturer or supplier terms.
6. Estimated Time of Completion
Completion timelines are approximate and may vary depending on part availability, complexity of work, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. No Guarantee on Custom Work
Custom fabrication, paint, wrapping, lighting, or other modification work may have slight variations. Perfection identical to images or references cannot always be guaranteed.
8. Test Ride / Test Drive
Vehicles may be test-ridden or test-driven by our technicians for quality checking after modifications or repairs.
9. Damage or Loss
While we take full care of vehicles in our workshop, we are not responsible for any unforeseen damage caused by mechanical failure, electrical issues, or natural events.
10. Storage Charges
Vehicles not collected within the agreed time after completion may be subject to daily storage charges.
11. Cancellation Policy
Orders for custom parts or special accessories cannot be cancelled once they are ordered from suppliers.
12. Customer Responsibility
Customers must disclose any existing mechanical or electrical problems before modification work begins.
13. Photography & Promotion
We may take photos or videos of vehicles for portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes unless the customer specifically requests otherwise.
14. Agreement
By giving the vehicle for service or modification, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
